I was surprised to take delivery of a parcel only to be told it was for me and was the replacement tablet from Tesco Outlet, so I was quite a happy chappy.
They had sent an Archos 80 Cobalt. This was initially pleasing since, compared to the Acer Iconia B1-A71 it was technically better. 1GB RAM, 8″ screen and 1.6GHz dual-core, but only Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich.
The Iconia had (what some call buggy/outdated/defunct) 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, so the Archos was a bit of a downgrade, the only other thing I found is that the screen needs a bit of pressure to register. Other than that, it’s a rather fine tablet indeed!
