A free game for Xmas

As posted a while ago on my Mental Gamers site…

If it’s free, I’ll post news about it and the latest discovery I made was when looking for free stuff online last night.

I figured that since the laptop I’m using has a rating of 4.1, it would be good for a little gaming and so downloaded the Games for Windows client when I saw that you get a free game for doing so.

That’s a video of me playing an early level and despite what the specs say the game needs to run, I play it with a Dual-Core AMD Athlon II X2 M300 (2 GHz), Radeon HD 4200 (256 MB I think), 4GB RAM on Windows 7. It’s easy enough to get the hang of once you’ve worked out the controls and the good thing is, you can use an Xbox 360 pad or should I say, ‘Xbox 360 Controller for Windows’ which is the correct term for it apparently.

Anyway, if you haven’t delved into the world of ‘Games for Windows’, then take a look on the Games for Windows site or if you just want more info about the game, Tinker, then visit the Tinker page.
