Get Slimed in Co-op
The old Ghostbusters game way back in the days of ZX Spectrums and Commodore 64’s was a great classic with what seemed to be not a lot of gameplay, but was so addictive nontheless, yet alas, it was only singleplayer.
Yes, I suppose you could say it was because of the system, you might say there were certain limitations, well yes, it was the 80’s and the internet was still a dream for most… unless you were the military or something and then it wasn’t technically internet as we know and love it now.
Enough of the babbling, what this is about is Ghostbusters: Sanctum of Slime which is due for release on March 23rd on the Xbox Live Arcade, PlayStation Network and PC and is a top-down four player arcade style shooter which requires the players to complete jobs in various locations.
The gripping adventure rages on as players encounter gigantic bosses that require a concentrated effort to defeat using a medley of highly destructive weapons including the Proton Stream, Plasma Inductor, and the Fermion Shock. Rookie Ghostbusters will face the dangers of the eerie world alone or with a ghostbusting team of friends both locally or online through the game’s multiplayer capability.
