It was hyped up to be a massive hit and it seems that L.A. Noire has pushed all the right buttons on gamers’ pads to make it number one this week, admittedly, it didn’t really have too much competition as The Witcher 2 and Fable III were PC only and they were possible main contenders to the throne.
The Witcher 2 did manage to make it halfway into the top 10, but the PC sales of Fable III wasn’t enough for it to make an appearance in the top 40, never mind in main contention spots.
