Tomb Raider Finds These Facts

Armed with only the raw instincts and physical ability to push beyond the limits of human endurance, Tomb Raider delivers an intense and gritty story into the origins of Lara Croft and her ascent from a frightened young woman to a hardened survivor.

Lara Croft: GoL Gets Free DLC

It may not seem much, but for those of you (like me) that bought Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light in the last Steam sale (for about £3.40), there is some new DLC available and one part of it is free. See the Steam page for more info and links.

PS3 Gets 'Exclusive' Tomb Raider

I first saw this announced yesterday on Twitter (apologies for the late posting, so much to do…) and wondered what was so ‘exclusive’ about it since you can buy ‘HD’ versions of Tomb Raider Anniversary, Legend and Underworld for the Xbox 360, so it can’t be the games that are exclusive. Oh yeah, in the trilogy (another minor thing that makes it ‘exclusive’) pack, you also get a theme pack, the official Lara Croft female Home avatar outfit, the Viking Thrall male Home avatar outfit and a collection of “making of” trailers in HD for the entire series.

FREE!! Lara Croft DLC

Download it, have a go and while you’re there try the online co-op mode, it’s great fun,” said Darrell Gallagher, General Manager of Crystal Dynamics. Uh oh, there’s that word… ‘Limited’ time eh, yes folks, you will only have 30 days to download the free ‘All the Trappings’ DLC which includes a brand new area to conquer and features a combination of puzzle, exploration and combat experiences, a...

If you didn’t already know, and if you’re a Lara Croft fan you’re probably playing it already, Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light has been released on Steam and the PlayStation Network. “We can’t wait for PlayStation and PC gamers to get their hands on Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light,” said Darrell Gallagher, General Manager of Crystal Dynamics. “We’re committed to delivering the very best gameplay experience possible and the fact that this is the highest rated Lara Croft game since the original Tomb Raider was released back in 1996 is a testament to this. I would encourage everyone to try the free trial.”
