Burnout Paradise was the last proper Burnout game (no, please don’t count the abomination known as Burnout Crash) and for today, Criterion have made the Burnout Paradise Legendary Cars Collection available for free on the Xbox 360 in memory of Harold Ramis.
For those of you who don’t know who Harold Ramis is, he played Egon in the classic Ghostbusters movie and if you’ve never heard of Ghostbusters… well, you’re not worthy. The purpose of this post is to tell you that for some reason, the Burnout Paradise Legendary Cars Collection is free for Xbox 360 gamers.
Not sure why they’re making it free since the collection contains the Jansen 88 Special, Hunter Cavalry Bootlegger, Hunter Manhattan Spirit and the Carson GT Nighthawk. The Ghostbusters’ ECTO-1 is a 1959 Cadillac Miller-Meteor ambulance, but hey, free is free, even if it’s just for one day.
Do you have Burnout Paradise on the Xbox 360 and want the free pack? Well, it’s just the 108k unlock file as it’s already on the disk (tut, EA eh), either go to Xbox.com or do it through your console and enjoy driving some new cars (if you don’t already have them).
