3GB? Yes, I kid you not, Bohemia Interactive were, “pleased” to announce the release of the demo which, quite honestly, must be quite epic as it’s as big as some full retail games.
Bohemia Interactive CEO, Marek Spanel, described the demo as tantamount to a game in its own right:

“This demo is huge. Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead is not a simple expansion – it’s a massive extension of a living world for a passionate fan community. Our goal is to offer the chance to experience as much of the new and unique features as possible. To be honest, we believe that there is more fun to be had in this demo than in some full games; the editor alone enables a user to create hours of custom content.”
